    Perhaps you missed it…from the main page, where people are encouraged to adopt WP…

    “Dead simple upgrades and installation”

    A checklist implies a step-by-step procedure, which is in contrast to ‘dead simple’ (implies that you do nothing at all) – of course, some of us have found it not so ‘dead simple’ (two day installs and 12 hour upgrades). We would like to see a checklist, but we’re apparently in the minority.
    S0unds like a project for the extended WP community.
