List Manager Plugin

I am currently searching for a List Management plugin. Something that I can create in the admin panel and it shows on one of the Pages. I would like to have the ability to cross off *Strike through* an item once I have completed it with the ability to add the date beside it.

I came across a plugin called “List Manager Plugin – http://www.navidazimi.com/projects/wp-lists” it appears to be something similar to what I want, but it does not work on the newer versions of WordPress.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated, or a a plugin suggestion on how to easily manage a 101 in 1001 list – personal to do goals list.
