Image Insert Error

    When I add an image to a post using the Add an image button – I usually fill in the Title and Alternate text with the same text.

    Since the 2.9 upgrade – the Alternate text is not getting populated in the post and I have to edited the image and update Edit Image Caption field to populate the information.
