3.4.2. visual editor carriage return inserts &nbsp instead a blank line in between paragram

ex.

this is a test(a enter was pressed in the visual editor)

this is what should be with an extra line in between.

However, it’s end up like this

this is a test ‘&nbsp’ this is what should be….

It inserted a blank space instead of a return
