3.4.2 updating from 3.4.1: Pages disappear, with that home page 404

    Hello,
    I did the automatic update from 3.4.1, all my plugins were up-to date.
    Now, many pages are gone, Settings > Reading shows as home page just the posts, also under pages.

    Weird error. Disabling Plugins no luck.
    Unless someone has an idea, I will have to go back to 3.4.1.

    Luckily I made a full backup before updating.

    Did you check the page list and post list? They might still be there in draft mode or also may be in the trash section. Please check

    Hi there,
    sure I did. I ended up reimporting all pages. They ended up in trash, and after restoring them they appeared in the Front page displays … static pages list again. Before most of the pages in the pages list did not appear there.
    Hope this release does not give me more trouble.
