Incorrect username/password when installing a theme??

    I also logged out and logged in with the same credentials that are being rejected when trying to install a theme

    This has been the same for me for the past week. I’m certain of the username and password however I have read that in some cases ‘ftp.’ goes in front of the host-name but I can’t be sure.

    This is a problem with installing/uploading and updates.
