Can’t change date format

    Hello,
    When I change format of date and time it doesn’t change on homepage.
    Same thing is happening with displaying posts.

    It shows
    Posted on 04-11-2009

    rather than
    Posted on 11-4-2009

    Is this something I need to change in the Theme?
    I am using Nature_wdl 1.3 by Webdesignlessons.com
