Playing Card Plugins?

I’ve been able to find two plugins that supposedly will allow me to show images of playing cards when I write certain letters. For example, if I write Kd, it will come up with the image of the king of diamonds. Unfortunately, neither of the plugins seem to work and even the creators seem to be at a loss as to why. I was wondering if anyone else might have any ideas or might know of a different plugin I could try. So far, I’ve only been able to find the two…wrp-cards and Card Converter. Thanks
