New Help w/ everything on Blog- Any 1 in Atlanta, GA

I already have a domain name registered, a hosting site etc… I have several themes picked out and I need WORDPRESS Expert to help me visually put it all together into the most slamming blog page ever. I have several plugins etc, but don’t really know how to use them to the full capacity.

Is there anyone in Atlanta, GA that can sit down we me and complete my blog? If so, where and who?
