When I perform a search on my blog, it keeps listing a post called “Safecss” with nothing but css in it. If I click the post title, I get a message telling me that the post doesn’t exist. What is this and how do I delete it from my blog?

I managed to fix this by editing the post out of my database using phpMYAdmin.

    Hi,
Did you do an import from a WordPress.com blog?
The reason you saw this is because the Custom CSS upgrade on WordPress.com uses custom post_type’s to store the CSS data so that we can take advantage of the revisions engine built into WordPress.
Most likely the safecss record was included in the export data. It would have shown up as a regular post in a WordPress version less than 2.9.
Deleting this record like you did is completely safe and should not affect anything negatively.
