I just installed wordpress on my website
Now when i want to login to the site i always get a message : ERROR: Incorrect password.
even when i reset the pasword it always sais its the wrong password.
This is a problem becouse i cant login to use and update the site.

I also tried reinstalling it, but the problem remains.

try resetting with phpmyadmin

There is no issue with my password. But with user’s auto-generated passwords when logging in under Safari. It produces the error notification of Incorrect Password.
Logging in under other browsers is seemless. Once the auto-generated password is modified, individualized the login with an individualized pw under Safari is possible. ????

so – it’s not the same problem as the op
you should have started your own topic
no idea about safari’s quirks
