Voice Blogging

Hi ..i am looking for a program or code that i can include in WP and my poetry boards that will allow anyone to record their voice and upload like a post. kinda like audioblog or embedded sound recorder – if they have a mic they can do it directly to a post or comment?

this would be an awesome tool for anyones blog or website, is it even possible?
