    Yup! That happened to me. Just add the other version as well, and use that to look at your stats.

    What’s happening is that your site in the google catch is listed without the www, so it’s letting you know that looking at your data WITH the www means you won’t get all the data you could.

    I just “added” the second site, and it read the same HTML file I had put in the first time.
