[Plugin: Flash MP3 Player] Error activating

I’m receiving the following error :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare fmp_jw_widget_body() (previously declared in public_html/cms-demo/wp-content/plugins/flash-mp3-player/inc/widget.php:7) in /public_html/cms-demo/wp-content/plugins/flash-mp3-player/inc/widget.php on line 7

If anyone could provide some assistance that would be great — it seems to happen when combined with the Rich Text Widget http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/rich-text-widget/
