adding a newpage with new Title/Content/Image, not blog?

H everyone, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. (link, resources??)

I need to create a page in a theme I’m using but have content associated with it entry by entry.

The content will be: Image/Title/Content wrapped with a div/li tag. (each entry)

Then another new entry can be added, and contain the same items as above but with new content, how is this done without adding it directly in the basic page template.
