How to insert Table into Post OR use more advanced text edit

This is driving me nuts!

Im not sure how I inserted this text…I think it was a table in Word.

In any case, I cannot edit it within WordPress, and now, when I need to update this table, and try to re-paste it from Word (using the Paste From Word button) it still comes in WITHOUT my column formatting..

IS there a more advanced text editor where I could just use TABS within WordPress to add prices/columns (and not use a Table)?

(I DID try using a Table Plug In but it was really clunky and looked terrible).

LAST: I need the text in this table to be actual text, rather than an inserted PDF or image because that is the only way you can see the background beneath the text…

if anyone has any ideas/solutions that would be so appreciated.
