• Setup

Please follow the next few steps to make sure WP-o-Matic works perfectly for you.

    1.

First of all, make sure SimplePie, the feed parsing engine that empowers WP-o-Matic is compatible with your server setup.

To do so, please run this test and evaluate the results. Typically, You have everything you need to run SimplePie properly! Congratulations! is a result you’d be happy with.

Even though WP-o-Matic is bundled with the latest SimplePie version at the time it was released, we encourage you to install the SimplePie Core WordPress plugin. It is automatically used in place of the bundled version, and it allows you to update SimplePie easily for all the plugins that use it.

    i can’t continue to step 2…what must i do ???

  • I’m getting exactly the same problem.

My server has successfully passed the test which has been asked.

And the [NEXT] button appears active but when I click on it, it won’t take me to the next step. I’M STUCK HERE.

    Please help.

The problem with the [NEXT] button in the wp-o-matic setup is a browser issue.

The plugin developer says it works in Safari and Chrome on the mac platform.

On my PC, it worked in Firefox.

Try different browsers, one will most likely work.

    hi,

i solved the problem, we cant click next button because of jquery lib. i have socialize this plugin. when i disabled this plugin, i can click next button.

    wp-o-matic installation needs ajax 😉

I’m struggling w same issue – on mac have tried firefox, safari, chrome, even an old netscape. Have tried turning off all other plugins… but can’t get “next” button to do anything. 🙁

I, too, am still struggling getting past this. Is there a prior release I can download that doesn’t do this?

I had the same issue and I followed hakaan’s suggestion.
I had social bookmarks enabled as a plugin, I disabled it and was able to do the install in Firefox.

Just so you know, I tried every single browser before I deactivated that plugin. If you try the browsers and it still doesn’t work, disable all your plugins and try again it should work!
