You have to paste a copy of the comment code that is in your theme’s single.php template file into the page.php template file. Then you will see the comments form on pages.

I have created some pages on my WordPress blog. I allowed comments, but on the pages there is no comment form. I’d really like comments on some of the pages, is this possible?
