• Hello,
I just installed Blubrry to simply use the powerpress player in my blog posts. Once installed, the program has added enclosure tags to all of my previous audio posts, which causes a player to appear in each audio blog posting. The players appear at the bottom of the blog postings. I like to have the player appear at the top of my blog postings and have been using the [powerpress] code to insert a player and deleting the enclosure tags.

I’ve been having issues with my feedburner feed not displaying an audio player in my feed, as well as in google reader or igoogle. This problem happened when I upgraded from WP 2.1 to 2.8. A player was appearing in igoogle and google reader feeds prior to the upgrade.
The two plugins I had installed in WP were Inline mp3 player and Audioplayer 1.2.3.

My questions are, if I remove the Blubrry enclosure tags because I want to enter the [powerpress] code in the blog post to have the player appear near the top of the post, will that affect a flash player not showing up in my Feedburner feed, igoogle, or google reader? I obviously don’t want to have two players appear in the post. Does anyone have an idea why there is no flash player showing up now in my feed and how to get that working properly using Blubrry? Will Blubrry install a player into Feedburner email notifications?

    Thanks a lot.

I figured out what was going on. I turned on the podcast version of feedburner and that got rid of the ugly feedproxy link, there is a powerpress option to put the player at the top of the post, and the flash player in igoogle was appearing at the bottom of the page and I didn’t see it. Thanks. Close topic.

Glad you figured it out. There are a lot of settings in PoewrPress, we’re working on improving the settings interface so this is easier to navigate and figure out.
