Menu item displaying on another line in horizontal menu

Hi,

I want to extend the horizontal menu on our website to adda blog.

At present there are the following items on the menu: Home, Products, About, Sign Up and Contact.

I want to add ‘Blog’ after Contact on the same line.

I’ve been playing around the code in header.php and after adding Blog to the code, on the menu the word ‘Blog’ displays on another line – visibly it looks like its underneath the word ‘Home’

The following code in header.php produces the above behaviour:

div class=”navigation”

• Home
• Products
• About
• Sign Up
• Contact Us
• Blog

I’ve tried to see in style.css for any corresponding code for div class=”navigation”, but there isn’t any.

I’m new to WordPress and PHP.

Can anyone help me out please?
