Can Editor sees only responsible category

Is there a way that an Editor sees only the posts that he/she is responsible for. For example, I have 16 categories, each having subcategories. Each category has an Editor whose function is to approve or disaprove posts to that category. I would like the editor responsible for Health, see only the Health posts to be approved and not see every post for every category to be approved.

Is there a plugin or has someone figured it out?
