Support » Fixing WordPress » Embedding into a another page..

  • Hi there, I was hoping someone might be able to help me – I’ve recently converted from Blogger over to WordPress, and am extremly happy that I did (so much power, the devs have done a great job).

I have a question tho, and I hope someone here can help me – at the moment I currently run a main site (http://theworldofdan.co.uk/) and my blog (http://theworldofdan.co.uk/blog/). I was, at one point, thinking about intregrating them both into one site, but then decided I’d rather keep them seperate – that way I can fool around with my main site, and not have to worry about the blog – but because of this, dispite heavy linking to the blog from my main site, I fear that people might be missing it.

Due to this, I was thinking about having the most recent posts from my blog appear on my main site, so that people will be able to see at a glance any new messages I might have posted, with a quick link direct to them – I’m sure you know what I mean 🙂

My problem is, I don’t know how to do it – I was thinking about the idea of using RSS (and finding a PHP parser to then display the headlines on the main site) but thought that was a bit too much hassle, and thought it might be a lot easier if there was a simple file, generated by WP, which would list the recent posts, etc.. – for me to include() into my main site.

Does anyone know of any plugins or anything that might let me do this?

    Thank you
