Change read more on every post automatic

Their must be a way to change the “read more” link to show a link, chosen by me, without the use of <!– more my text –> or changing something in the loop. As it is now it shows (läs mer…) (Swedish for Read more), but I can’t find where that text is from. So where do I change this so it shows my selected text?
