ping back, is this spam or what ?

hi, i lunched my blog last week and i have been getting these ” comments ” one for each post and i was just wandering if its spam or there is something i am missing here?and could please someone help me understand what’s the pinging and the point of it? in my dashbored says “ping back on…(the post title).
all of them are almost like this:

the bold part(which is the title of my post) is different in each comment left after the post.
