Numbered comments in Mandigo Theme

My blog accumulates a lot of comments on most of the posts/pages and numbered comments are very useful for me and my users. However, I noticed that in Mandigo, the comment numbers are reset to “1” for every comment page (I’m using paged comments for faster loading). Is there any way for the comment numbers not to be reset to “1” for every page? My readers usually refer to previous comments using comment numbers so it got confusing when I switched to Mandigo and the comment numbers were reset.

I’m currently using version 1.39 of Mandigo Theme.
