You can’t create comments using the tdo-mini-forms plugin, something like this is currently outside the scope of tdomf.
A quick google search and I found this plugin:

I’ve never used it but it claims to allow people to upload images per comment.
thanks mate…but i don’t want only image upload option..it shud be able to handle other file types like .rar,.xls,.txt and so on…i hope TDOMF do come up with the option of creating comments form with upload option some day…thanks again for ur help.
