302 Found

I had a very fresh install of WP on my server (3-4months old). did a upgrade today, and now I get the following message everytime I do changes or execute commands:

“Found
The document has moved here.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. “

..the funny thing is that the change happens, but this is a kind of “error site in-between” for some odd reason. did I do this by myself? I installed a coppermine integration plugin – that worked fine, but I decided to uinstall again….
