Having issues with email templates plugin

    Could you show me a screenshot of what the final email looks like?

    In Downloads > Settings > Emails, try changing the template to “Plain”. That might resolve it.

    Hey there,

    Just to confirm, if you disable that email templates plugin do the gaps go away? If so they are definitely caused by something in that 3rd party plugin. You may want to consider an officially supported/integrated email templates extension for Easy Digital Downloads here: https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/email-templates/
