Cannot upload theme

I created a dummy website on my Managed WordPress (GoDaddy) so that I could install a new theme, build it, then deploy it when I am finished. I purchased a theme from Envato, tried to upload the .zip, and it keeps failing. It says “Connection Reset”.

I tried to do it on my live WordPress site, and it still will not upload.

This is the error on my WordPress screen:

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
