This feature is used on the landing pages mostly, and often in the pages/posts

    The process is:
The user enters email in a form …
When clicked, the user is automatically:
    1) subscribed to the mail list
    and
    2) is automatically redirected to the specific page

Can I do this via the plugin?

Yes. As mentioned in your other post turning off double opt-in is possible but we advice against doing that.

Redirecting after sign up is also a form setting.

My suggestion however would be to to leave double opt-in on, redirect to a page that reads “please conform your subscription by clicking on the link in your email” en then under your lists settings in MailChimp.com account set “send final welcome mail” to true, and set up the final welcome email to have a link to the content that you only want to show after signing up.

    Hope that helps!

    See,
    1. I turned off the double opt-in in the plugin
    2. Subscribed another of my emails to the list from the website form [as the common user would do]
    3. It refreshed the page and indicated right before the form the message – “Please confirm the subscription by clicking in the email” [I can remove that message
    4. I checked the list in MailChimp and it is added
    5. No subscription confirmation email sent

    Questions:
    1. Can this subscription be done without refreshing the page?
    2. Can I have only one form [with its settings] in the free version of a plugin?

    1. The free version will refresh the page to post the form. The paid version has AJAX option.
    2. That is correct. The paid version allows for unlimited forms.
