Use plugin to only print image within one post

Hello,

I am trying to use this plugin to print out only the image from the post instead of the whole post. Right now it’s laying out the header and link to the post but I want to remove all of that and print only the image. Is there a solution to this or can someone show me a plugin that will do it? Im looking to turn the image in post into a pdf then print easily with a button.
