Fantastic Plugin by a heart of gold development team.

I had almost lost faith in the WordPress plugin community. Every other plugin offers great features, but at a cost. They reel you in , hook you then ask for money to unlock the features you thought were part of the “free” bait. Not Tawk.to though, this plugin comes with absolutely NO strings or hidden surprises. Tawk.to is 100% free and 100% professional, you would think this was a $50 per month premium service, but you’d be wrong. I’m shocked more WordPress users aren’t using it, I’ll see what I can do about that :p

As a small business owner I can’t afford to keep shelling out money right left and centre. All my business projects are based around helping others, sharing and open source. So it was refreshing to find this plugin after all my disappointments with others. Way too many plugin developers are using this platform as a way to make a quick buck, and that’s not what WordPress is about (I’m old school, trust me, I remember WordPress plugin development back then).
