301 redirects in wordpress

Hey, I am trying to redirect old website urls to the new one.

Redirect 301 index.php?page_id=5 http://Mydomain.co.il/?page_id=2283

what happens is that this rule is not working and instead
page_id with id 5 get loaded even though its not exits in the new site
so eventually I get 404 error.

Is it a way to make this rule as the last one? so the parser won’t continue after that line? (without using RewriteEngine)
