 * Recently, Stripe webhooks have been returning errors that say 301 redirects have
   been causing them to fail. However, we have not changed any info on this plugin
   and it has been working for the past month or so. The last date it was working
   was June 2nd. I’m not really sure what to do, or why it stopped working all of
   a sudden.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2F301-redirects-causing-issues-with-webhook%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi there,
 * That server error means that an address has moved and it’s a type of redirect.
   This means that when Stripe tries to reach the address you told them for the
   webhook, your site is saying “Sorry that page moved to XYZ, please go there”.
 * With this in mind, the first thing that you’ll want to do is check the webhook
   that you have set up in Stripe. Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments
   > Stripe. On that page you’ll see a URL to use for your webhook, just above where
   you enter your Public and Secret keys:
 * [https://d.pr/free/i/sPCQLl](https://d.pr/free/i/sPCQLl)
 * Copy that link, then log into your Stripe account and delete the webhook you
   had previously set up. You can then set up a new webhook using the address that
   you copied above. If you still have this problem after setting up the new webhook
   it means one of two things.
 * Either a plugin on your site is forwarding traffic on your site, or your host
   is. I would recommend looking at your third-party plugins to see if you have
   any plugins that would be forwarding traffic. Common plugins that do this are
   SSL helper plugins or security/firewall plugins. You can also check with your
   host to see if they are the ones that are forwarding that traffic.
 * Best,
 * Ross
