# 301 Redirection

 * Hi there,
 * It seems like a great plugin. I just wanna know if this plugin setup the 301 
   redirect to HTTPS itself in .htaccess file which is Google friendly? Or it just
   force SSL in the header of the WordPress. Am I gonna lose my DA, DR and PA after
   moving to SSL and using this plugin? I have already added all 4 variations of
   my domain in webmaster tools.

 * A redirect is SEO friendly when it is redirected 301 permanently.
 * When enabled, it redirects to https in WordPress with a seo friendly 301 redirect.
 * You can enable the .htaccess redirect in settings/ssl.
 * A .htaccess redirect is not more SEO friendly, but I would recommend to use it
   as it is faster than the wp redirect: it redirects to https before the request
   reaches WordPress.

 * Yes, that is correct. Both .htaccess and wp redirect are 301 redirects.
