They have reserved a bunch of domain names containing keywords that they want to use to drive traffic to the site. All of these names are in a folder in their hosting directory along with the domain name used for the actual site, lisamaedemasi.com. They are trying to use the 301 Redirect method to have the reserved domain names point to lisamaedemasi.com and that is working on the re-directs to the home page ok. However, when they try to redirect a domain name to the specific page: http://lisamaedemasi.com/bully-blog/ the redirect does not work.
Since they wanted to have a different header for the blog part of the site, I created templates for all the other pages and then set the template of the bully blog page to the default. (it seems that trying to set the blog to a specific template “breaks” its function but that’s a topic for another day). Anyway, that’s the only direction I can think of to go in to troubleshoot, the header file is not the same for the home page, lisamaedemasi.com and lisamaedemasi.com/bully-blog/
Any advice would be much appreciated!
