I have a site that was spidered by google (accidentally) when it was in development mode.
At that time, my home page was http://sissonlandscapes.com/cms/
After finishing the site, I changed my site address to http://sissonlandscapes.com in the wordpress admin, (leaving the actual files and wordpress address designated as http://sissonlandscapes.com/cms/)
I’ve set up 302 redirects for for any old urls within the /cms directory, and they seem to be working fine.
However, whenever I do a search on google that returns a result to the old homepage- http://sissonlandscapes.com/cms/ , clicking that result takes me to a directory listing, instead of being 301 redirected to the new homepage.
I’ve got the redirection plugin set up to redirect /cms/ and /cms , but nothing seems to be working…
Thanks so much for your help-
