 * I have an issue I’m trying to resolve. It starts with a GTMetrix report looking
   in the waterfall that shows a link that Missed the cache. it appears as a status
   301. I have never set up a 301 redirect.
 * If I deactivate the All 404 Redirect plugin the link in the GTMetric report turns
   into a 404. This is what makes me think it has something to do with the plugin?
 * This is part of the URL string, minus the URL and CDN URL, /wp-content/cache/
   min/1/463e9c1c5d7c12b743dbf6f0d0231142.js
 * Any advice would be appreciated.
