• I checked my site using http://www.seocentro.com It came up with a warning and im
not sure what this means can anyone help and explain it to me.this is what it came up with below website name removed

Redirect: Url redirect to ‘http://***********.co.uk/’ with a ‘301 Move
Moved Permanently’ respond code and because of that this url does not get indexed by the search engines. If you planned for a redirect, you did a good thing to do it with a ‘301 Moved Permanently’ redirect, in that case the search engines knows that the redirected url is the new url.

    ? thanks.

    Hi,

It is ok, its just 301 redirection www to non www and its well like that.
You can choose which one you prefer if www infront of url or not.
    Personally I prefer without it.
Same value then set in general settings in wordpress, in webmaster tool in google too.

Keep in mind that and use for all your links same url (with or without www) that you avoid redirection.

So you can keep everything like it is, just if you link to your site, use url without www
