• I’ve struggeld with a couple of things with this plugin for years, now. Each season I need to update my calendar, I spend a lot of time on it. I usually (search for and then) ask for help; I then short/useless replies from the developer, as if he can’t be bothered to answer basic questions. I’ve seen him do this to others, too.

    I like the plugin’s functionality and robust features.

    (All I ever wanted to do was make the calendar bigger.)

    Could you please provide me with a URL to the threads you weren’t happy with? I’d appreciate knowing where we fell short, as we do aim to provide quality support, whether for the free or pro users.

    Bear in mind though, that when it comes to custom coding such as CSS to make the calendars bigger in a specific theme for example, there may be times we aren’t able to help, given each theme may require different CSS and can be time-consuming, which is why it falls out of the scope of support we can offer.
