• 1. Very bad manual.
    2. Plugin does not accept diacritics of many languages.
    3. Name of currency is before of the price. So it is good only for the USD.
    4. Many mistakes during the creation pricing tables.

    This is a valid review.

If anyone tries to harm me by giving bad ratings how could you measure that? Is it possible? If no, then it is a valid review. I know very well that a group of persons or a single person is doing this intentionally with me. First they attacked my latest released plugin and within 12 hours they attacked this plugin. These two plugins has a premium version. By telling you all these matter, I know you are thinking me guilty or something else. I’m helpless in this regard! If I get another 3 or 4 ratings like this, nobody will buy my plugin anymore! This is there planning just wait and see. In this way struggling people like us cannot do business using WordPress. Sorry, for the long comments.

We consider all reviews valid if they are regarding the plugin (or theme) that was being used.

The review system is only here to receive feedback. The idea is to take the feedback and improve the plugin or theme in some way.

There’s no such thing as a harsh rating, please don’t look into the ratings as a reflection of the plugin. A rating is a reflection of someone’s experience (someone’s review). It is not there to be agreed or disagreed with.

The review system at WordPress.org is really not an objective system. Please don’t use it as part of your business model. And please know that this is not my personal opinion.

I advise you read this article: https://make.wordpress.org/support/2016/08/about-plugin-and-theme-reviews/

If you are relying on the WordPress review system to generate sales leads then you are ignoring the man in the lookout yelling “ICEBERG!”

You are making a Titanic class business mistake if those reviews are part of your business plan.

I understood everything you said. These are good to hear and very much professional for a healthy person. But, this doesn’t sense anything to a person like me who is suffering by blood cancer and now totally a disabled person and can’t walk properly. This plugin was my only earning source. I had to rely on those ratings cause I can only do this much. I’m not doing business actually! I’m just keeping me alive by trying to do something. Now, you can tell me to stop working and go for rest, this is not a place for disabled person.

I’m genuinely sorry about your situation but Andrew is right: If you rely on these reviews that way then you are making a huge mistake.

That’s not a judgement against you but it’s the reality of reviews here. If you wish to reply poorly then that’s up to you. But I’m closing this review now because it stopped being about the plugin and more of a conversation about reviews.
