Does this plugin encrypt file attachments?

I setup a test on my personal website using Genesis and Ninja Forms and it worked flawlessly. Now I’ve put the plugin on my clients website (also Genesis and Ninja forms) and the emails are not encrypting. Any ideas what I can look at? I’m using the same TO Address field as in the PGP encrypted User ID

    Thank you for your help!

No. At least, not yet. See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/encrypt-e-mail-attachments?replies=31 for details.

Not sure if you saw my second question:

I did, I just thought the two were related. If your live site is using file attachments, then it won’t work correctly until I implement encryption for file attachments/MIME-encoded email as well.

If it’s not related to the attachments question, then you clearly have a difference in your production and testing environments that you haven’t accounted for. I’d start by enumerating those differences. There’s a good troubleshooting guide on the Codex that could come in handy, too.
