display post for specific user

    HI,

    I am almost finishing this site, is on a localhost by now and I would love to be able to have the option to publish post for single or specific users, choosing them from the list of all registered users at the time of post creation or edition.

    Right now I have this system that is a bit annoying, since I have to create a restrict access group for every user that I want to post specifically. This just doubles the work for the people that is going to be posting stuff.

    Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

    Can’t you just set the default user role to Author so they all appear in the Author dropdown selection menu when writing a new post?

    If you can’t see the author dropdown list, it may be deactivated via the Screen Options tab.
