    Hi Amit.

Thank you so much for your fantastic review!

Yes it will definitely affect your reports because “Monster Insight” plugin uses tracker “__gaTracker” and our plugin uses “ga” and all the enhanced ecommerce calls/events tracked by our plugin is fetched by this tracker.

So if you have this(“Monster Insight”) plugin and you leave the option disable “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” it won’t initialize the tracker to send the EE calls to your GA account.

Additionally if you enable “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” with “Monster Insight” plugin it will result into double pageviews in your analytics account and also affect the bounce rate.

Also our plugin will track your entire store including pageviews.

    Hope that Helps!

    Thanks & Regards!

    Thanks for your quick response.

I believe I am understanding correctly what you described. So currently, if both the plugins are active, double pageviews and incorrect bounce rate (and other metrics) are being reported?

What do you suggest? Your plugin does not track outbound link clicks. Additionally, your plugin does not support Demographic and Interest Reports either. I do need those 2 items.

Is there still a way to get this to work correctly with both plugins enabled? Or do I have to disable the MonsterInsights plugin so it does not conflict with this EE plugin?

Also, I noticed that the MonsterInsight plugin allows you to exclude traffic from “Administrators”, “Editors”.

Does this plugin also allow that?
If not, is there a way to add code to allow for this?

    Hi Amit,

Thank you for getting back to us!

Currently there is no way to use both the plugin without double pageviews and incorrect bounce rate issue.

Additionally our plugin is supporting demographic reports, for that you have to enable “Display features” option from the plugin’s settings.

Also our plugin doesn’t send the data to GA when you are logged in as super admin. But if you are logged in as Shop Manager or for other roles, plugin will send the data to GA.

    Hope that Helps!

    Thanks & Regards!

Thank you so much for answering all my questions. I have disabled the Monster Insights plugin and currently using only this plugin (Enhanced Ecommerce) exclusively.

Great job! Please continue the good work.
