Lost data when updating versions

    SEO meta data is stored in the WordPress database in the wp_postmeta table. The meta_keys will look like this:

    _aioseop_title
    _aioseop_description
    _aioseop_keywords

    If you have access to the database then search the wp_postmeta table for aioseop. If you have a database backup from a couple of months ago then check your backup. Typically data does not get deleted from the WordPress database when a plugin is updated.
