My Contact form is not sending the phone number to my email address for some reason? Here is the site: http://moldremediationdr.com/ The form is on the right show the phone number field but is never makes it to my email? Everything else makes it except phone number. Any help would be appreciated.

This field can be empty depending on user input. How to correct this?
