Hi. I know this is not the place to ask this because I have the pro version but I didn’t find where to upgrade to the pro+support version. I want to know if I should buy all again including support or there is a way to upgrade It as a support package.
I’m really sorry. Of course i will understand if you don’t answer, Dennis, but my english is not good so maybe I haven’t understood the documentation from the website.

If your English is not good enough to understand the website I would recommend you to hire a Spanish speaking developer for implementing this plugin to your website. I only offer German and English support. Sorry.

Of course but… before that I would like to Know If I can upgrade to the support version from my pro version. Then, I will hire all the spanish speaking developers I need. 1, 2 or 200 🙂
The question was: Should I pay again the complete plugin or there’s a way to upgrade my pro version to pro+support?

By the way: thanks for your answer and your time.

There is no price for “the complete plugin”. There are only prices for a period of updates and a period of support. the plugin is always included for free.

For now there is only one package available which contains support. If you need support you should buy that one.

If you hire a coder (or 200) you possibly do not need any support because the coders will worry about the problem.

Behind every coder there is a sad story about bugs, mistakes, questions and support. 🙂
FYI: I implemented the plugin -months ago- and It’s working ok. I will need some help soon (I’m sure about it) and I’m considering options. I think you understand me in spite of my english, so… now, I know what to do.
    Thanks.
