    But first I want to thank you for your patience and your assistance.

    That said I found it easy to use, as long as I restricted myself to the basic shortcode. With just that I got two columns, which is what I was looking for. In short, you’ve got a useful plugin here.

    I do recommend that you automate the procedure, for my autism plays havoc with my short-term memory.

    I also recommend adding the ability to “end column” much as is done in Libre Office or Microsoft Word. Or you may want to see how Scribus handles the matter—they use XML for layout, and that should be translatable to CSS.

    I can also see the CM-CSS-Columns plugin incorporated into a page builder such as Simply Symphony. I see it making the results better.
