 * I am curious if anyone can speak to the stability of the latest beta of 3.0.
 * I am new to WordPress and will be installing for the first time in production
   here this week.
 * Would anyone consider 3.0 stable enough to run in production so that I can avoid
   installing 2.x with MU plug-in and then having to upgrade later on when 3.0 is
   fully release?
 * I don’t want to jump the gun on 3.0, but I also don’t want to add more work of
   converting or upgrading from 2.x series to 3.x series.
 * Thanks,
    Chris

 * 3.0 is pretty stable, but the ‘classic’ warning is to be careful in using an
   unreleased product on a production site. With that said, I believe quite a few
   people use 3.0 on live sites.
 * Make sure you do the backups!
