  • They promise a full 30 days guarantee when you purchase the premium version. I’ve sent countless emails from their website contact form and [ email removed ] the day after I purchased the plugin to request a refund for the premium plugin as I realised I do not need it. I has now been two weeks and I still got no answers. False premises and lying does not get a company very far!

  • The developer was extremely responsive earlier in the year. I wonder if something happened to him that caused this plugin to be temporarily abandoned (hopefully not permanently- that would suck).
